Summer Challenge 2018
My summer challenge consists of 10 weeks of workouts, every week there are different workouts to target different body groups. This program includes lower body exercises, to grow your glutes and legs, Core exercises to help build muscle in your abdominal area, upper body exercises to shape your back and arms and create that "hour glass" shape!
